At the first floor, connected trough an internal wooden staircase, two comfortable double rooms have been renovated and furnished with some old family furniture. Both rooms have private bathrooms. The bedroom facing south enjoys a beautiful view on the hills, while the bedroom facing east is provided with a little balcony looking out over the courtyard. Air conditioning is available in one bedroom. |

In order to assure the guests maximum comfort, a dedicated area on one side of the Farmstead has been partially renovated. The kitchen, guest reserved, is at the ground floor and it is fully dedicated to prepare the breakfast that will be served in the adjacent dining room. Many of the products provided during the breakfast are organically derived. |

On request, breakfast will be served under the pergola or in the courtyard. If you like grilled food you can chuck it with the grill near the “Casotto”, and you can eat your dishes under the Pergola. Based on season and availability, fresh vegetables will be picked up daily by the owner from the courtyard and could be grilled by the guests. Our fruit and vegetables from our garden are grown naturally without using chemicals. Delicious meats to be grilled can be purchased at the local butcher’s shops where you can also find specialities of the Monferrato area. |

Utilities and Facilities |

Use of washing machine, refrigerator/freezer, iron, first aid box , Ping-Pong, TV and Internet wireless is free of charge. Areas reserved to guests are the followings: Dining room and reading room, garden,and external area with the Pergola and ping pong.
